Cancellation fees are as follows.

The cancellation date is based on the date your cancellation request is received during our customer service hours (10:00–20:00 JST). Requests received after 20:00 JST will be treated as received on the following day.

Any actual expenses already incurred at the time of cancellation, including ticket fees, venue admission fees, and other arrangement costs, will be charged separately from the cancellation fee.

If an event, sale, lottery, or other scheduled activity is cancelled, postponed, or changed by the organizer or store, the final amount will be determined based on the progress of the service at that time. Fees for services already performed and actual expenses already incurred may be non-refundable.
